Job Description
Job Descriptions
- Prepare monthly statements to overseas agents
- Reconcile the statements with agents on an on-going basis
- Assist in preparing the weekly AR report
- Liaise with overseas subsidiaries for necessary accounting information
- Assist the team work for any aspects, e.g.: bank reconciliation
- Provide clerical support and assist in ad hoc assignments
Requirements
- Diploma in accounting or LCCI Higher
- 2-4 years solid accounting experience, preferable in logistics field
- Fluent in English and Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Immediate available is preferred
