Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Handling full set of books of HK companies.
Handling payroll and MPF
Handling all accounting matters including voucher preparation and payment processing.
Data entries for account closing in Oracle System and input batches checking.
Prepare bank reconciliation.
Inter-co current accounts reconciliation.
Preparing monthly schedules, including Profit & Loss & Balance sheet schedules.
Clerical duties on filing, photocopying and cheque mailing.

Requirements:

Diploma or above in Accounting
1-2 years' relevant working experience
Proficient in MS Office applications with good typing skills
A hardworking and willing to learn team player
