Job Description
Job duties:
- Handle full set of account and keep proper accounting records
- Monitor cash flow, cash flow forecast and budgetary control for funding
- Prepare payroll, autopay salary management
- Set up accounting workflow and policy
- Prepare financial and management report including budget vs actual report, sales report, cash flow statement, etc.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and projects
Requirements:
- Degree or high diploma in Finance/Accounting
- At least 10 years related accounting experiences
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Willingness to take on ad-hoc assignments
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
