Reporting to the Manager, Finance & Accounts, the appointee is required to:

• Review, formulate and implement financial and accounting policies, procedures, guidelines and manuals
• Review and strengthen internal control procedures of operational activities
• Review and streamline internal work processes and service levels to enhance work efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Design management reports for internal control and decision making
• Conduct regular review of end-to-end processes; identify areas for continuous improvement to ensure operational effectiveness and to enhance internal control
• Handle ad hoc assignments 

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in accounting, finance or related discipline
• Qualified accountant with qualifications from recognised accounting bodies e.g. HKICPA or equivalent
• At least 5 years' relevant audit/accounting experience in sizable organisations; big four experience is an advantage
• Sound experience in internal control and risk management
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Meticulous and able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure
• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in computer skills and sound knowledge of ERP system

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
