Job Responsibilities:

• Verify and process invoices with adequate documents and approvals timely and accurately.
• Maintain daily bank books for various accounts.
• Handle and update various accounting supporting schedules.
• Deposit checks to banks.
• Maintain account receivables schedule.
• Support accounting department to complete assigned jobs and projects.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or related disciplines.
• At least one year of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office software.
• Good communication skills with speaking and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
