Responsibilities:

• Issue and review invoices and credit notes for various types of services
• Prepare and reconcile daily cash receipts and prepare reports to management and customers
• Prepare cost analysis / reports to management
• Assist in collection of service fee from customers and handle enquiries from customers
• Assist in bank reconciliations
• Prepare cheque payments to suppliers
• Arrange invoice delivery
• Assist in system development

Requirements:

• University Degree / Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 3 years' accounting experience in billing, credit control and treasury
• Excellent Chinese, English and communication skill
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Immediately available is preferred

Candidate with less experience will be considered as junior post.
