We are looking for an experienced, independent-working and passionate finance manager who will be managing the financial health of HSITP and providing HSITP Leadership with insights and financial advice for business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts;
• Prepare audited accounts and closely liaise with external auditors;
• Prepare annual budget in conjunction with the Leadership team;
• Perform cash management in accordance with company policy and procedure;
• Prepare regular reports and analyses on financial related matters to the senior management and Leadership team;
• Verify expenses and purchases and prepare payments;
• Manage projects and perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in business administration, accounting, economics, mathematics, finance or related fields;
• Qualified Accountant;
• Minimum 6 years of related professional experience;
• Understanding of business principles and practices;
• Understanding and experience in Hong Kong’s public finance policy and process will be a plus;
• Meticulous, strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Multi-tasking, ability to work under stress and meeting deadlines;
• Passionate, independent, proactive and high standard of integrity;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Strong verbal and written communications skills in both English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
