The position is expected to work closely with all levels of personnel in CDIB Capital International or its parent group and external service providers in ensuring timely and accurate internal and external reporting (e.g., monthly management accounts, investment performance reports, presentation materials, quarterly investor reports) for investment funds (including proprietary pool, private equity partnerships).

Job Responsibilities:

•  Prepare and review financial statements for PE funds and their GP’s / SPV’s in conjunction with fund administrators.
• Work with auditors and tax advisors on annual audits, fund / investor related tax filings, and tax structure reviews of funds and investments.
• Cash management of investment pools (maintain drawdown, distribution record and prepare cash flow records of investments, cash flow forecasts, budgets).
• Prepare investment performance analysis and reports, related presentation powerpoint materials. 
• Assist the Investment, Operations and Legal teams in transaction execution, funding and settlement.
• Build and maintain waterfall models.
• Prepare internal memorandums and proposals of fund matters for internal approval.
• Assist on fundraising and investor relations matters. Assist with preparing the marketing documentations, e.g. presentation, PPM. Liaise with fund counsel and potential investors on LPA and side letter terms. Work with fund administrator on KYC/AML and fund closings.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Qualified CPA or equivalent
• Over 3 years of relevant experience at private equity fund managers/administrators or Big 4 accountancy firms
• Self-motivated and well organized, with a can-do attitude and detailed mind
• Strong co-ordinator and team player
• Proficiency in English and Putonghua / Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Strong computer skills, especially with MS Excel and PowerPoint
