Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle general administration, phone calls and HR duties such as payroll, MPF and medical.
- Filing and maintenance of supporting documents and accounting records.
- Handle petty cash & expenses checking; process employee expenses claims.
- Handle office daily operation necessities like stationery, equipment maintenance, etc.
- Ad-hoc tasks from Management.
Requirements
- Form 6 or above
- Minimum 1 years relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Self-initiative, cheerful, and good interpersonal skills
- LCCI Level 3 or above would be a plus .
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
- Responsible and problem solving
- Willing to communicate and target oriented
