Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analyses of the operational results and financial positions of the Company;
  
• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting, e.g. monthly FRR returns;
  
• Coordinate the capital request and budgeting processes;
  
• Manage the tax planning and reporting procedure;
  
• Explore new financing channels and negotiate financing terms, minimize the cost of capital to support the rapid growth of the Company's business;
  
• Review the daily cash flow forecast to ensure adequate liquidity;
  
• Review internal controls over the finance function, and establish/ review the relevant policies and guidelines when necessary;
  
• Maintain and develop an effective accounting systems.
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder or above with major in Finance, Banking, or related disciplines, professional qualification such as CFA and CPA is highly preferred;
  
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in securities industry and 5 years of managerial experience;
  
• Excellent analytical skill with strong presentation ability;
  
• Team player with good communication and negotiation skills;
  
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (Fluency in Mandarin is a must).
