Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Mainly responsible for accounts payable including purchase invoices checking, preparing payment voucher and cheque / e-banking payment
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Perform general accounting duties such as data entry and filing
- Assist in weekly and monthly reports
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by Finance Manager
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- At least 1-2 years relevant working experience
- Excellent in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Experience in using Peachtree / Sage 50 is an advantage
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized and with strong sense of responsibility
