Job Description
Our client is a Hong Kong Listed Conglomerate and one of the leading manufacturer (FMCG) business of multiple prestige brand labels throughout APAC, US and Europe; with staffs over 10,000, their business has been persistently enhanced with the first-class reputation and partnering up with reputable brands around the globe. New headcount arisen, they are now seeking for a Finance Manager (Hong Kong Listed Conglomerate/Reputable Fashion Brand Labels) to join their F&A business unit.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a finance & accounting team, direct reporting to management group and stakeholders
- Working closely with the Financial Director by giving advises on managing F&A team operations
- Managing general financial reports but not limited to budgets, account payable, account receivables, expenses etc.
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set team goals and objectives to assure smooth operation with the Group's business plan
- To participate, review and implement improvement on accounting procedures, systems and internal compliance
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Provide financial insights to operations and management and prepare reports and presentation for management meeting
- Managing annual budgeting cycle and lead the day-to-day management of the business unit’s financial functioning
- Coordinate the financial analysis needs of business units and the preparation of year-end financial statements
- Prepare monthly consolidation, financial and management report for the business unit
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalence
- Qualified ACCA/CPA are essentials
- Minimum 8 years’ of solid experiences in F&A commercial field, with at least 5 years of supervisor role, prior experiences in Big 4, CPA firms, listed firm or any reputable FMCG/Trading groups will be an absolute advantages
- Previous Experience in Retail, FMCG, manufacturing, trading or properties are beneficial
- Knowledge in application of SAP Finance System
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Mature, Detail oriented, Outstanding Leadership character, responsible and result driven
