Our client is working of seafood trading business. They are currently looking for a accounting executive to deal with all the accounting issues in Hong Kong Office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process, verify and update invoices, debit and credit notes, payment vouchers and receipts
• Work closely with vendors and internal departments to ensure all documents are in order for payment
• Ensure accurate data entry into accounting system
• Generate monthly accounting reports on a timely basis (e.g. vendor ledger)
• Processing and issues, queries, and disputes are resolved in a timely manner
• Sorting out, filling, archiving relevant documents
• Attend to auditor's queries and prepare necessary information/schedules/reports requested by auditor
• Ad-hoc accounting/ Admin/ HR duties as assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or higher
• At least 1-2 year(s) of Accounting experience
• Proficient computer skills and strong in Microsoft Excel
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
