Job Description
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in administrative works & supporting role for Audit Department
- Arrange and co-ordinate company’s and clients’ mails
- Handling of incoming and outgoing courier
- Provide administrative support
- Greeting guests and general reception duties
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Perform bank-in duties
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
Requirements:
- Completed Secondary 5 (HKCEE) / Secondary 6 (HKDSE) or above
- LCCI Intermediate is preferable
- 1 to 2 years experience in audit firm is preferable
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge in Chinese Windows, Word and Excel is essential
- Pleasant disposition and a team player
