Duties:

• Assist in preparation and execution of the HR management system
• Establish and maintain employee database and document management system
• Carry out the assigned tasks related to personnel services functions, including leave management and rostering administration
• Undertake logistics arrangement for recruitment and facilitate onboarding formalities
• Perform any legitimate duties assigned by the supervisor & Head of Department

Requirements:

• Understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army
• Diploma holders or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in providing human resources services in large and / or public organizations
• Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance and other HR related ordinances
• Handle sensitive information in confidential and professional manner
• Proactive, innovative and detailed mind to establish the structural workflow for maintaining employee database
• Responsive and attentive to undertake the logistical arrangement for recruitment process
• Good computer knowledge including Chinese and English word-processing
• Proficiency in oral and written English and Chinese
• Immediate Available is highly preferable
