Job Description

in the Advanced Learning Experiences Division

To assist the ALE Manager and/or Talent Development Consultant in organising, implementing and evaluating the student programmes to foster the talent development/ individualised and advanced development of the gifted students as well as providing the administrative and logistics support.

Candidates must have a degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent; at least 2 years post-degree work experience in related fields of education.

The Academy is a non-profit making organisation set up to provide structured educational services for exceptionally gifted students as well as to support teachers, parents and academics. It will provide off-school learning opportunities for gifted young people aged from 10 to 18 years to enable them to reach their potential in a wide range of specialist areas, including leadership, creativity, personal-social competence, to promote wholeperson development, and to develop their confidence in pursuit of excellence and commitment to serving their community. It will also help to provide guidance to parents of gifted students, as well as training courses for teachers in specialist areas.
