Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and follow up customers' enquiries and service requests 
  • Coordinate with working partners to ensure timely delivery of quality translation projects
  • Provide ad hoc operations support in Public Holidays as necessary

 

Job Requirements:

  • F.7 or above with at least 1 year of experience in handling customer queries
  • Pleasant with good interpersonal skill and telephone manner and excellent service attitude
  • Well-organized, highly reliable, independent, willing to learn and work in a fast pace working environment, able to work as a team player with good communication skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
  • Working experience in financial translation industry will be a definite advantage
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Shift duties is required
  • Fresh graduate is also welcome
  • Immediately available preferred
