• The role: 
• Report to the Country Manager, build and develop new business opportunities to expand Company network in Hong Kong, China and Asia Pacific region; 
• Plan, work out and execute new business development strategies for specific targeted industries with the Country Manager;
• Business development, approach and expand new clients portfolio by attending initial client briefings with consultants to obtain a good understanding of client’s requirements;
• Establishing initial client contact by cold calling, attending networking function/association with potential clients; 
• Conducting preliminary introduction with client to explore recruitment needs.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in HR/Business or other related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of B2B corporate business development experience.
• Prior experience gained in a reputable executive search firm is an advantage.
• Industry knowledge of the Luxury/FMCG, Property/Construction, I.T, and Financial Services sector is preferred.
• Familiar with computer software applications especially Microsoft Office, Powerpoint.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good self-initiative with an eye for details.
• Creative and good at problem solving • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Able to interact in a mature and professional manner with senior and top level executive.
• Highly supportive with a positive working attitude; must be a good team player.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
