Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers' enquiries via telephone and emails in a timely and professional manner;
- Perform general administrative duties and provide service support to both technical teams and project teams;
- Assist in preparation of statistical information and data for reports; and
- Handle ad-hoc assignments from supervisor as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder with 1-2 years experience in customer services;
- Cheerful, pleasant, polite, patient and able to work independently;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin is preferred; and
- Shift duty is required.
