Job Description
The Role
-
Leading all aspects of employee relations, succession planning, recognition and rewards, employee discipline, relocation, compensation, performance evaluations, safe work practices, and wellness programs, balancing task-oriented priorities and strategic process improvement initiatives.

Leading annual HR processes such as performance evaluations, compensation reviews, succession planning, bonus determination payment.

Connecting personally and professionally with about 70 employees within the units at all levels and all tenures.

Playing an active role in hiring activities for the units' long-term talent success, supporting all hiring managers with modern talent acquisition best practices to attract, onboard, and retain the best workforce.

Developing strong working relationships with Heads of HR from business units around the globe.

Manage all workers' compensation cases and leaves of absences.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
-
Bachelor’s degree.
-
Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience. HR generalist experience required.
- Management experience in a 100+ man company.

Implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health benefits, training and development, succession planning and employee retention.

Manage human resources operations recruiting and training staff. Monitor, appraise and review staff contributions to the organization while implementing change as necessary.

Strategize human resources by forecasting requirements, trends, and variances to help align with financial resources and developing corrective actions.

Demonstrated ability to successfully manage conflict and use good judgment.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization, up to an including senior levels.

Strong relationship-building & team collaboration skills.

Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze business metrics and external business conditions.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
