Job Description
FUNCTION
To assist Executive Chef in establishing, managing and maintaining recipes data base in computer system, and provide assistant in recipe related issues such as prepare grid in meal presentations, yield study etc.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishing , manage and maintain recipe data base in CBase and other computer system
- Close communication with chefs and other departments to discuss problems, changes, and any necessary feedback
- Participate and assist Executive Chef in concept planning and menu development activities
- Perform other duties as assigned by Department Head.
REQUIREMENT
- F.7 or Diploma above
- Proficient in English
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Computer knowledge is required, especially database management
- Having knowledge in F & B Management or experience in aviation industry is preferable
