Human Resources Recruitment Associate is responsible for closely cooperating with the HR departments of various companies and tailor making a recruitment solution for each client to cater their needs. Team work is vital in driving to efficient and soaring performance. We aim at including talents with high energetic level, who love challenging and are afraid of boredom.
Responsibilities
- Engage in full cycle of recruitment process for middle/senior placements
- Build a strong network of contacts and candidates
- Manage job offer process and negotiating salary packages
- Research potential clients from market and explore new business
- Partner key clients and helping them in their staffing needs, building a long term partnership (relationship management)
- Restructuring resume for clients to check out easier
- Provide career advice to candidates

Other Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder or above in any discipline
- Good command in written and oral English and Chinese
- Have 1 year or above people- oriented job experience
- Fresh graduates would be considered
