Responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end recruitment process from taking a detailed job brief to sourcing, interviewing and supporting a new starter through their on-boarding journey
• Source and search candidates actively through recruiting channels and other sourcing methodologies
• Interface with all business functions to understand and clarify the job roles and expectations
• Engage in innovative efforts to develop talent pipeline as well as to source relevant information related talent market
• Use the data to analyze the relevant information to support recruitment strategy
• Explore new and innovative ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment process
• Partner with the China HR team to manage recruitment process
• Support to build employer branding at external career events
• Build the collaborative team effort and forster the corporate social responsibilities by leading CSR initiatives
• Be the team player to support all HR related projects

 Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 5 years’ recruitment experience or above. In-house or within an executive search agency is preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English
• Solid with strong recruitment search skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound experience in conducting competency based interview questions
