Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and perform day-to-day settlement operation, procedures and administrative activities
• Communicating with internal parties and business units to solve the settlement problems
• Prepare daily and monthly reconciliation and management report
• Perform ad hoc assignments or duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Finance or related disciplines
• 2 years' working experience with good understanding of the settlement duties of Hong Kong market
• Solid knowledge / experience in Finance and Cryptocurrency products would be an advantage
• Highly self-motivated with good attention to details, high accuracy and numeracy
• Knowledge of excel and some programming skills are preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua
• Fresh graduates are also welcome. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Settlement Officer.
• Immediately available will be an advantage
