Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage all-round HR responsibilities including recruitment, C&B, HR operation etc.
- Develop and manage pay structure, staff performance system and bonus schemes for attracting and retaining quality staff
- Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations in Hong Kong
- Administrate payroll, final payment, MPF, medical insurance, staff data records etc
- Manage all office administration services and perform ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 3 years all rounded HR experience
- Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and HR related legislations
- Well organized, strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill and positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and multi-tasking skills;
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
