We're hiring a Receptionist to join us at ThreeSixty Group where work and play collide! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to assist in our day to day office operations and bring a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand to the front desk!  

How you’ll contribute

• You’ll be an enthusiastic fan and promoter of our company and brands
• You’ll cheerfully answer phones and direct calls
• You’ll direct onsite employees and external customer inquiries
• You’ll support new employee on-boarding paperwork
• You’ll manage mail and deliveries
• You’ll ensure office supplies and stock kitchens as needed
• You’ll ensure the showrooms are clean and ready for meetings
• You’ll manage catering ordering and deliveries for various events
• You’ll enjoy planning fun office events and activities with our managers

Why we’ll love you

• You’ll have 1-3 years of professional experience as a receptionist, office manager, or related role
• You’re self-motivated with a can-do attitude
• You like a tidy environment and go the extra distance to make things look great
• You’re passionate about organizing and improving overall effectiveness
• You’re a good with general computer programs- word, PowerPoint, etc.
• You want to learn and grow in your role
• You enjoy organizing small events and parties for internal teams
• You’re fluent in English and Cantonese with strong Mandarin skills
• You enjoy being part of a young dynamic team that has strong work hard play hard values
