Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an effective recruitment strategy in attracting suitable talent and initiative comprehensive recruitment campaign and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and hiring offer arrangement
  • Anticipate the future talent needs by reviewing the labour market trend and to prepare corresponding strategy to align business direction
  • Develop relationships with recruitment agencies and staffing firms to manage the talent acquisition and measurement process
  • Provide recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers and HR professionals to develop specialized or competitive intelligence in regards to talent development for talent retention
  • Advocate the staff caring culture though personal communication and to ensure working relationship is built on the respect and trust
  • Build the collaborative team effort and fostering the corporate social responsibilities by leading CSR initiatives
  • Be the team player to support all HR related projects

 Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant HR experience with talent acquisition background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field
  • Proven ability to work within fast-paced and dynamic work environments
  • With business acumen and industry knowledge to identify sources and channel
  • Strong self-motivation, with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proven experience in driving and enhancing a company culture to engage external/internal parties Proactive with strong strategic mindset
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and possess strong people agility
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Words & PowerPoint)
