Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales orders and purchase orders
• Handle main customers in Asia region
• Maintain good relationship with customers
• Follow up with customer requests and handle complaints
• Report Analyse

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above
• 3+ years customer service/sales experience (in handling Asia Pacific / PRC customers is an advantage)
• Initiative and Detail minded a MUST
• Customer Orientated and willing to work under pressure
• Good PC skills on Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Mandarin
