Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Handle and record day-to-day enquiries and requests from customers and different distribution channels via phone and email
- Handle and ensure customer complaints and complex cases are resolved effectively in line with company policies and procedures
- Co-operate with internal parties and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
- Provide support to management and recommend productivity/service improvement
- Perform ad hoc. duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above, preferable in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, pro-active, self-motivated, responsible,reliable and customer-oriented
- 1 year relevant experience in sales administration and/ or customer services field
- Familiar with MS Office, strong in Excel is highly preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an asset.
- Be able to work under pressure and be a good team player
