Job Description
Responsibilities:-
- Responsible for reception duties including greeting guest, handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, courier and mail arrangement stationery order and equipment maintenance
- Provide Administrative support to the team
- Handling of routine travel/trip arrangement
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:-
- DSE or above
- 2 years administrative experience in multi-national company
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Excel, Word & Outlook
- Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin is a must
- Cheerful, pleasant, polite, hardworking, self-motivated
- Independent with strong sense of responsibility and detail-minded
- Immediate available is preferred
