Renaissance College opened for students in August 2006 and is providing an all-through education for 2,100 students aged 5 to 18 years. With advanced design and facilities, Renaissance College is testament to ESF’s continuing contribution to the future of quality education in Hong Kong, featuring first-class amenities such as a dedicated sports centre with sports hall and swimming pool, cafeteria, library and performance arts centre; and high-level infrastructure for Information and Communication Technology. We have a fully developed 1:1 Apple laptop programme for over 1100 students and further 500 school owned Apple laptops and desktops. We also have a growing iPad programme.

Responsibilities

The school is seeking to appoint a dynamic person for the post of External Activities Administrator to support the RCHK team in the smooth running of all school activities. These include but are not limited to:

  • ACAMIS trips and sport events (Football & Badminton)
  • Education Outside the Classroom (EOTC) activities
  • Primary after school activities
  • Admin support for the School Health Professional and the Secondary Admin Team

Job Duties:

  • Prepare estimated cost and actual cost breakdown as well as year-end payment summary. Arrange refund if necessary.
  • Prepare documents for visa application, and check the validity of travel documents
  • Facilitate trips booklets for trip leaders
  • Arrange transportation, flights & accommodation for oversea trips
  • Help preparing necessary paperwork for trips and activities including registration from, parent letter, risk assessment form
  • Set up Gateway (online) registration for trips and activities
  • Book venue for Primary after school activities
  • Collect cheques from participate students, enter payments into the system & pass cheques to the finance department

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • Effective time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • A friendly manner in relation to staff, students and parents is essential
  • A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to working with students
  • Ability to be flexible, prioritise workload, to work independently and use initiative
  • Excellent computer skills especially with Excel, MS word, Chinese word processing, and Google Drive
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Presentable, mature, patient and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to contribute to a team and work independently
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to accurately and effectively communicate with other departmental staff members, parents and students both verbally and in writing
