Job Description
Job description and responsibilities
- To support administrative and business related work;
- To accompany and assist clients in contract signing;
- To handle inquiries and related incidents form clients via on-line tools including email ,Wechat etc;
- To assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirement :
- Degree holder or above;
- Relevant experience with finance is preferred;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- High sence of security in business and private matters;
- Detail-oriented,well-organized,able to follow up assignments efficiently;
- Positive thinking, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and ability in multitask handling;
- Strong Chinese and Cantonese communication skills,English will be an advantage;
- Proficient in office software including PowerPoint,Word and Excel;
- Occasional traveling within China might apply;
