Job Description

Job description and responsibilities 

  • To support administrative and business related work;
  • To accompany and assist clients  in contract signing;
  • To handle inquiries and related incidents form clients via on-line tools including email ,Wechat etc;
  • To assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

 

Requirement :

  • Degree holder or above;
  • Relevant experience with finance is preferred;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • High sence of security in business and private matters;
  • Detail-oriented,well-organized,able to follow up assignments efficiently;
  • Positive thinking, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and ability in multitask handling;
  • Strong Chinese and Cantonese communication skills,English will be an advantage;
  • Proficient in office software including PowerPoint,Word and Excel;
  • Occasional traveling within China might apply;
  • Immediately
