Job Description
Our client is a well established luxury brand retailer with global presence. A need has arisen to hire a Training Executive to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain global coverage experience.
Reporting to the Senior Training Manager, you will be assisting in formulating training strategy on a global basis. The company is putting a heavy emphasis on e-learning function, and this Training Executive will also be a vital team member to design, and implement.
To qualify, you will be a degree holder with at least 5 years experience in the training field. You should demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent spoken and written English is a must for the global coverage this person needs to handle. Fluency in Chinese is required.
