Job Description

Duties:

Work with managers on talent acquisition strategies and actions to ensure efficient TTF to meet staffing needs
Manage employee contract and other hiring related documentation tasks
Manage day to day employee relations matters including but not limited to answer HR related enquiries, dispute and grievance and etc.
Ensure customer-focused HR service delivery excellence across the entire employee lifecycle
Ensure the HR databases are efficiently managed and accurate at all times
Prepare and analyze reports to support business decisions / HR KPI tracking

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or related areas
3 years HR experience, with 1 year in full cycle recruiting
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Be confident working in changing environments
The ability to handle confidential matters
Strong customer relationship skills to build and sustain relationships with managers
Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English and Cantonese
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Proficient in Microsoft Suite
