• Responsibilities:

  • Assist Training Manager in planning and coordination of various trainings for both existing staff and new joiners
  • Develop, organize, and deliver classroom training to frontline staff, particularly on products and customer service skills
  • Conduct shop visit, briefing, field coaching regularly to ensure the service level and performance are up to standard
  • Responsible for training administration, maintain training records and prepare summary for management review 

  Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in related of international beauty & training certificate, such as ITEC, CIBTAC, CITY & GUILDS etc.
  • 2 years or above training experience in cosmetic and skincare industry
  • Well organized, positive, energetic and team-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing & Power Point
