Responsibilities of Senior Accounts Clerk:

• Monitor the status of customers' accounts and follow up the outstanding balances;
• Handle customers' enquiries and follow up any discrepancies with customers;
• Prepare accurate and timely invoices, credit notes, monthly statements and reminders to customers;
• Provide clerical and admin support;
• Min 2 year experience in accounting (preferable with experience in dealing with customers).
• Immediately available is preferred.

Responsibilities of Accounts Clerk:

• Handle accounts payable functions
• Handle relevant reconciliations for group companies;
• Handle fixed asset matters, including reconciliations and depreciation transactions;
• Provide clerical and admin support;
• Previous experience in retail and manufacturing company will be preferred;
• Immediately available is preferred.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of Oracle accounting software is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office application, especially Excel
• Self-motivated, independent, detail minded with strong sense of responsibility
• Familiar with Excel and sensitive with number and formulas Human
