Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for various general office administrative duties which include handling phone calls and greeting guests in reception, typing, filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry if required;
- Organize and distribute incoming & outgoing correspondences and courier documents;
- Assist all round facility management, office supplies, contract management and negotiation with other department;
- Handle travel issue such as accomodation, air ticket, meeting, expenses etc;
- Assist all round office system support;
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Associate Degree/Higher Diploma holder in any discipline;
- At least 1 year or above relevant experience in administrative support;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel, Word and Chinese word processing;
- Self-motivated, flexible and good team player;
- Responsible, polite, punctual and willing to learn;
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
