Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of Human Resources functions including maintain the attendance and leave record, compensation & benefits, performance management, and payroll and taxation administration.
- Supervise a small team to perform full spectrum of administration duties including office supplies & equipments management, suppliers’ selection & evaluation, contract & license renewal, etc.
- Maintain an accurate and updated database of HR information.
- Implement and execute the effectiveness of HR & administration practices.
- Organize training and development activities.
- Coordinate staff relations activities.
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirments:
- Diploma holder or above in Human Resources or related disciplines.
- 5 years working experience in Human Resources and Administration, less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
- Experience in Beauty Field is highly desirable.
- Knowledge in B2B System is preferable.
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Good computer literacy, including MS Excel, Word; Chinese Word Processing is a must.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
