Responsibilities

• Responsible for general accounting duties including preparing accounting vouchers, invoices, data entry in system, etc.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliation.
• Assist in month-end closing and monthly analytical review.
• Prepare cheque/remittance payments.
• Handle petty cash reimbursement.
• Assist in preparing full set of Accounts and financial reports/schedules on timely basis.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing system.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

 Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, with LCCI intermediate qualification or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years relevant experience in accounting.
• Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, independent and detail-oriented.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Knowledge of SUN system would be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
• University graduate in Accounting or Finance will be considered as Management Trainee.
