Responsibilities:

• Design risk management policy and framework relating to risk control work flow and risk assessment of the corporate loan business;
• Responsible for the construction and optimization of the structural risk control system for both online and offline business;
• Selection and construction of loan business risk control model and access model, and applied to customer screening, credit approval, post-loan supervision;
• Monitor the company's asset data, overdue data, roll rate, vintage and other risk indicators;
• Establish credit evaluation access, credit scoring, anti-fraud mechanism and system, and constantly optimize and improve in practice;
• Train and develop team and support needs from other departments related to risk management;
• Responsible for the size and overdue of corporate loans.

Requirements:

• Permanent Hong Kong resident;
• Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting or related disciplines;
• 5+ years of experience in financial risk / compliance;
• Experience in risk management of bank branch or above is preferred;
• Evidence of the ability to identify, control and analyze risks with sound understanding of risk management and control;
• High sense of risk prevention awareness and information collection capability;
• Excellent teamwork, leadership, planning and organizing and execution skills;
• Sound ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet scheduled deadlines;
• Proactive with good communication skills in English, Chinese, and Mandarin;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
