Job scope:

• Ensure the fulfilment of regulatory/corporate governance by assuming the 1^st line of defense function 
• Assume the compliance risk management consultancy function to advise business & senior management —conduct risk assessment, regulatory testing & control as well as related investigation 
• Take charge of run the bank and change the bank related initiatives by working in close partnership with compliance and executives from Front to Back offices
• Conduct periodic review and on-going enhancement of policies and procedural review in accordance to HKMA/MAS regulatory and corporate governance changes

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting/ Business/Legal or related disciplines
• 5-8 years+ of relevant Management Consultancy, Business Management, Operational Risk, Audit or Project Management experience acquired from Int’l private banks/consultancy firms
• Understanding towards private wealth management industry is highly essential
• Strong risk control mindset with good regulatory knowledge
• Driven with strong problem solving capability and communication skill to work with internal stakeholders
