Responsibilities:

• Assist for financial and management reporting for consolidation matters
• Assist in preparing annual/ interim reports, announcements and circulars
• Liaise with auditors and other professionals in annual audit, tax and company secretarial matters
• Other ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• University degree with a professional accounting qualification
• Qualified Accountant, HKICPA or ACCA or equivalent
• A minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably with audit firm and HK listed companies experience
• Excellent communication skill and able to work independently with efficiency
• Occasional travel to PRC is required
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficiency in the use of computer, Excel, Word & Power Point
• Immediate available is highly preferred
