Job Description

Duties:

  • Assisting Administration Supervisor for documentation work and daily operation 
  • Preparing Tenancy Offer, Agreement, Owners’ meeting documents.
  • Answering client and tenant enquiries
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments

 

Requirements:

  • Mature with at least 10 years working experience
  • With min. 3 years of related working experience
  • Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Knowledge in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Preferable with knowledge of bookkeeping
  • Immediate availability is preferable
