Job Description
Duties:
- Assisting Administration Supervisor for documentation work and daily operation
- Preparing Tenancy Offer, Agreement, Owners’ meeting documents.
- Answering client and tenant enquiries
- Assist in ad hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Mature with at least 10 years working experience
- With min. 3 years of related working experience
- Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Knowledge in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Preferable with knowledge of bookkeeping
- Immediate availability is preferable
