Job Description:

• Provide all-round executive support to CEO including managing CEO's personal issues and business arrangement timely and appropriately;
• Prepare management reports, business review and financial analysis;
• Coordinate and support the operations between departments to ensure smooth business communication and work flow;
• Perform other duties as assigned by CEO;

• Assist in establish company financing plan and implement company financing budget;Establish close ties with financial institutions of Mainland China to expand financing channels, regularly conduct analysis reports on China market conditions;
• Design financing plan for leasing business projects in Mainland China;
• Prepare management reports, business review and financial analysis in division and business unit level.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Finance or related discipline;
• Min 1 years' relevant experience in sizeable organizations, experience in Chinese capital company is preferable;
• Strong time management skills, ability to work under pressure to deadlines and ability to prioritise tasks;
• Self-initiated, presentable, outspoken, pleasant, well organized, meticulous and independent;
• Good PC skills in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
