Our client is a  Listed group,  they are looking for  potential staff to join their Marketing Team in Hong Kong.

 Responsibilities:

• Assistant to Head of Marketing (American)
• To perform secretarial and administrative support to his team;
• To perform administrative including meeting /travel arrangement/Marketing Material and  Presentation preparation etc;
• Assist to arrange event logistic/promotion item etc;
• To perform ad hoc support if required.

   Requirements:

• Diploma holder or Certificate in Business Administration / Marketing;
• Min 3-5 years working experience , experience in administrative support and marketing support to team (5-6 persons)
• Solid experience in working with Foreigner /Expatriate;
• Good skill with software such as Powerpoint is must , good in Excel and Word;
• Good communication with English and Chinese is compulsory;
• Detailed mind , Team player and independently person;
• Immediately Available is a great advantage but not must.
