Job Description:
- Research, design, develop and conduct supervisory and managerial courses
- Research and recommend a complement of internal and external learning programs that align with the organizations business objectives and employee needs
- Design, develop, implement and maintain skills inventory to assist in human resources planning and identification of training needs
Job Requirements:
- At least 8 years’ experience in Training or related field, experience in adult education will be an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline, holding diploma/certificate in Education will be an advantage
- Possess general computer knowledge and proficient with Microsoft Office applications, knowledge in graphic design and photo/video editing will be an advantage
