Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial & administrative support
- Organize and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties
- Provide support in organizing differenet projects, conferences, and campaigns
- Maintain databases, conduct online and desktop research
- Assist in the production of training videos and products
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, internet browsing and Chinese word processing
- Fluent of Cantonese and spoken English and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others in teamwork
- Good attentive to details and accuracy
- Fresh grads are welcomed
