Job Description
- Maintain daily operations of the Education Centre
- Liaise with tutors on job matching and scheduling
- Coordinate tutors appointment and handle administration duties
- Arrange teaching materials, equipment and facilities
- Perform full range of business and administrative support to management
- Assist and provide support in various projects includes, but not limited to the preparation of documents, project management, market research, reports
- Schedule meetings
- Performs other duties as assigned
- To be friendly and polite and to be able to communicate with Children.
- Punctual at all times and responsible.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications. Eg. MS Word, Office and Excel.
