Requirements:

• F7/Diploma with formal secretarial training
• LCC Higher / HKIAAT finalist / recognized  diploma in accounting or business discipline, an advantage
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Provides secretarial, staff deployment and all aspects of  administrative and basic accounting support to office work
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese word processing and Excel
• Responsible, hard working, mature, self-motivated and able to work as a team with minimum supervision
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
