Key Objectives

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, sales contracts, product proposals and specifications
• Apply necessary certificates from government bodies
• Organize and update the computer database
• Perform other sales administration and clerical duties

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• About 2 years’ work experience preferable in sales administration functions
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Diligent and meticulous
• Eager to learn and develop a long-term career in the industry
