Job Description
Key Objectives
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, sales contracts, product proposals and specifications
- Apply necessary certificates from government bodies
- Organize and update the computer database
- Perform other sales administration and clerical duties
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- About 2 years’ work experience preferable in sales administration functions
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Diligent and meticulous
- Eager to learn and develop a long-term career in the industry
